The 2016 General Assembly passed HB 567, legislation proposed by the Virginia Association of REALTORS®, which amended several sections of the Code of Virginia dealing with real estate licensure. Among the major changes in the omnibus bill is a new section requiring supervising brokers of branch offices to provide the names and license number of licensees working in each branch office of the firm to the Real Estate Board by the end of this year.

In order to comply with the new law, the supervising broker of each branch office must complete the Branch Office Roster Registration Application below with the name and license number of each sales person and associate broker who works at that branch office. This form and the $60.00 fee must be returned to the Board via email, Fax or regular mail no later than December 31, 2016.
