The Bristol Herald Courier has conceived a new project.   It’s an attractive magazine geared towards local homeowners and those relocating to our area.  Thus, the name “At Home”.  It’s a custom glossy magazine (meant to resemble the Coastal Living Magazine commonly seen in the Carolina’s).

Bristol Herald Courier has generously offered to joint venture the project with the Bristol Tennessee Virginia Association of REALTORS®; which in turn allows BTVAR REALTOR® and Affiliate members a deeply discounted advertising rate.    You will find more detailed information on the flyers included below.

Distribution will include all Bristol Herald Courier Bristol & Abingdon subscribers and local real estate firms, to be displayed, presented to clients/customers and incorporated in relocation packages.

It is a bi-annual magazine with approximately 40,000 in circulation per issue.  In the beginning, It will be published in the spring and fall.  The first issue was published in October of 2016 and the second in January of 2017 and both were extremely successful and getting better.

Articles are mainly DIY, home renovation stories (including renovated historic homes), a licensed contractor’s directory, area attractions and events, including, but not limited to, live music and family events.  There will also be other unique and interesting local stories and interviews.  We think it will be informative and showcase our local area.

It should be noted that there will be NO real estate property ads allowed in the magazine.  Branding ads are welcomed and encouraged.

If you have any comments or questions please contact our local Bristol Herald Courier real estate representative, Amanda Shell at ashell@bristolnews.com.

We are excited about this opportunity and hope you will support our joint venture with the Bristol Herald Courier.
